A good friend suggested to Andrew that he would be very good in the real estate business, and nearly two decades on, Andrew holds a Diploma in Property and Business in Valuation, is a Licensed Agent a Director of the LJ Hooker Canberra City and LJ Hooker Project Marketing offices and is also a member of the Multi Million Dollar Chapter, recognising the top 7% of agents in the LJ Hooker network internationally.
He credits his work ethic to his childhood, where his family business instilled in him the drive to excel. For most of his career Andrew has managed and trained sales teams whilst also being in the field himself, leading from the front. Reliable, dedicated and hard working Andrew takes on everything in his capacity to understand, meet and exceed his clients’ requests.
He has successfully headed up numerous residential developments, both large and small, from the concept stage, implementing a marketing strategy then producing the sales that take the project right through to settlement, achieving exceptional results for some of Canberra’s largest developers. It is the quality of his work and the likeability of his character that enables clients to hold him in high regard and has a loyal following of clients who rely on his expertise when buying selling or developing property.
His experience also includes marketing of established homes, land and house & land packages which enables him to offer advice on different aspects of the industry. He has broad experience in negotiating at all levels and brings his high level of skills and expertise to every transaction on behalf of his clients. Andrew’s consultative style and excellent instincts mean Andrew's clients can attest to being delighted with not only the results he has achieved for them but also in the manner they were achieved. Andrew was born and raised in Canberra, and when he is not working hard, you will discover Andrew somewhere near the water, enjoying life with good friends and family; or a spectator on the sidelines cheering his children on as they play sports, as he never wants to take a moment of their life for granted.
Andrew follows this line of thinking into his office, which is involved in the Cystic Fibrosis Canberra charity dinner and as an office giving back to those less fortunate like giving blood and offering their time to those in need. He wants to see his office and sales teams achieving extraordinary results and to be viewed as a leading LJ Hooker office internationally.
